Dr. Arash Milani provides the highest quality healthcare to our patients in the High Desert area. We offer primary care, geriatric care, and women’s healthcare. We have admit privileges to St. Mary’s Medical Center, Victor Valley Hospital, and Desert Valley Hospital if you need further care. Our experienced medical team are here to help you feel comfortable and secure in a professional environment. We will treat all of your medical needs with respect and professionalism. We welcome walk-ins and same-day appointments for your convenience.

COVID-19 Evaluation and Testing
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we are available Monday – Friday to assist you. We are currently offering PCR testing by appointment only with results in 2-3 days. To schedule an appointment please call our office. Common symptoms include:
- Fever or chills
- Muscle or body aches
- Loss of taste or smell
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Cough
- Nausea or vomiting
- Shortness of breath
- Diarrhea
- Fatigue
We also offer telemedicine (telephone appointment visits or video visits) for your comfort and convenience.
Online New Patient Forms
We welcome new patients to our family at Dr. Arash Milani MD. You can find everything you need before your first visit on our website. You can download and fill out our New Patient Information Form and relevant Pre-Visit Questionnaires. Our accepted payment and insurance information is also listed. We require payment for services in full at your appointment. It is the responsibility of the patient to pay any copays or deductibles. You can communicate with our healthcare professionals through our web-based Patient Portal at all times. If you have any questions or concerns as a new patient, feel free to contact us.
